Respondent is charged with engaging in a practice harmful or detrimental to the public by conduct which demonstrates bad faith, or improper, fraudulent or dishonest dealings and/or being unworthy to act as a real estate broker associate in such manner as to safeguard the interests of the public in violation of Iowa Code sections 543B.29(1)(d), 543B.34(1)(h), 543B.56(1)(a), 543B.56(1)(b) by giving false information regarding the purchase price of a property and failing to report money that was given outside of the closing from the buyer to the seller.
