1. Respondent is charged with failing to supervise a licensee employed by the firm in violation of Iowa Code sections 543B.29(1), 543B.34(1)(h), 543B.62(3)(b) by allowing a salesperson(s) employed by the firm to conduct real estate business (property management) independently outside the licensed broker or firm they are assigned to. See 193E Iowa Administrative Code ยงยง 7.11, 15.1, 18.2(6), 18.14(5)(m).

2. Engaging in practices harmful or detrimental to the public in violation of Iowa Code sections 543B.1, 543B.2, 543B.5(6), 543B.29(1)(d), 543B.34(1) by failing to obtain a license for corporations before its acting as a real estate brokerage in the state of Iowa. See 193E Iowa Administrative Code sections 7.2(1), 18.14(5)(s).
