The Respondent is charged with engaging in practices harmful or detrimental to the public in violation of Iowa Code sections 543B.29(1)(c) and 543B.34(1)(k) by advertising a referral or finder’s fees paid to unlicensed third parties in the state of Iowa in violation of 193E Iowa Administrative Code sections 11.6(1) and (5).
